This is an online tool to calculate diode models for Spice simulator. At lease three I/V data points must be measured. More data points give more accurate model parameters. Replace the data points in the input area below and click "run". If everything is correct, three model parameters (Is, Rs and N) will be computed. The rest of the parameters such as Cjo and Iave have to be obtained from the datasheet.
